That question sparked years of self-education, trial, and error, and ultimately success. I now own a positively geared investment portfolio of four properties with an average price increase of 150%. One of my proudest moments was subdividing and naming Shayduk Close in Gympie, QLD. It’s proof that with the right mindset, anything is possible.

My business and project management background, combined with a Diploma in Customs Broking, has equipped me to navigate complexity and find solutions that others might miss. People often call me a “numbers man” because I dive deep into the details to ensure the strategy stacks up. I love real estate, I live and breathe it, and I’ve helped countless friends take their first steps toward investing. Now, I want to do the same for you.
